"Have to love a company that offers exactly what you need, delivers great customer service, and - just as important to me - is a local business right here in Brattleboro. I have State Farm for my car, home, and life insurance, and recently added business coverage as well. Rich and Susan are great! When I needed a quote for business insurance, Susan quickly provided several options and made herself available to talk through any questions. You can probably handle everything online, but I really value the personal connection, which isn't always easy to find. I've also met in the office, so there are plenty of ways to connect depending on what works best. All that to say - huge shout-out to State Farm in Brattleboro for all your insurance needs!"

"Ive had State Farm Insurance for 45 years and Rich was my agent for 10 of those years. I apparently was late with my auto insurance on 3 vehicles and State Farm dropped me. No late reminder or phone call from Rich or the company. After wondering where my next bill was i contacted Rich Hoppe's office and was then i found out i was dropped. Yup it was my fault for not paying attention but i would've thought 45 years as a customer would've meant something to Rich and State Farm, they let me know otherwise..."
