ROLE DESCRIPTIONState Farm Insurance Agent Located in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a few REALLY NICE people to assist us in our mission to provide exceptional Customer Service. This opportunity may be ideal for individuals who would like to work between 8 - 16 hours a month, on a non-scheduled / on-call basis. RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Basic telephone skills, provide warm and friendly Customer Service to in-office customers.

Compensation $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
